Welcome to Syzygy Entertainment. By working with us, you agree to the following terms, designed to keep our collaboration smooth, fair, and aligned.

Services

​

We provide mixing, audio engineering, voice work, and creative direction services. The scope of each project will be defined through written agreement, email, or project quote.

​

Payment / Refund Policy

​

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to begin work.

• Final payment is due before delivery of high-resolution or unwatermarked files.

• Payments are non-refundable once final files have been delivered.

​

Revisions

​

Each project includes a set number of revisions (defined at the start). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

​

Turnaround

​

Delivery timelines will be discussed per project. While we do our best to honor all agreed timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated clearly.

Rights & Ownership

​

• You retain full rights to your original recordings and creative work.

• Upon final payment, you receive full rights to the delivered audio mixes/files.

• We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential snippets of completed work in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.

Communication

​

All communication regarding projects should be through the email provided at booking. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

​

Liability

​

While we provide services with care and professionalism, Syzygy Entertainment is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from project use.
